In addition, it includes The Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) which will help you understand how to develop strong relationships with the people you lead.

Lea McCullough, Executive Director of the Washington Oil Marketers Association, is a certified MBTI Facilitator and will be leading this program.

Delivered over Zoom, this 4 session program is for leaders of all levels – Owners, Senior Leaders, Managers, and Supervisors.
